Why become a member

Individual leaders know that personal improvement comes from lifelong learning and practice. Community/organizational leaders know their best efforts are needed now more than ever.

A wise person, or perhaps it was just a person with good common sense, once said: “No one of us is as smart as all of us.” There is so much we can learn from/teach one another. We can support and promote personal improvement and better leadership for our communities and organizations by sharing information and knowledge, questions and answers, what works and what doesn’t.

By signing up with ILA, you can get started today.
